CQC want to use discussion to inform our work, but we will anonymise any feedback that we use. We expect all group members to do the same - you can share feedback from the group with your organisation but don’t name names/organisations.

Disagreement is inherent in discussion - just keep it respectful! You can start your own conversations but CQC moderators may step in if the conversation becomes non-constructive

If members breach our guidelines we will kindly direct you to them and ask that you follow them. These are in place to make everyone feel welcomed and safe. If guidelines are continually breached we may need to block/ban a person.

If someone continues breaching we will:

  • Notify them that they are to be blocked/banned
  • Invite them to email us to discuss the block/ban
  • Unblock/Unban them if we manage to reach a resolution.

If we are concerned for someone’s immediate safety, we will alert our National Customer Service Centre safeguarding colleagues, in accordance with our social media policy.

We will keep records of the membership of the group, including information that members provide about their roles, the organisations they work for and/or groups that they work with, and feedback and comments that they post to the group. When you take surveys, the email you signed up with will be used for audience segmentation. We’ll not use this information for other purposes.
