Share your feedback on our local authority assessments and reports

In April, we published our updated approach and guidance about local authority assurance assessments ahead of starting the next phase. This follows our baselining programme for assessing local authorities which set out to review how all local authorities across England with adult social care responsibilities are meeting their duties under Part 1 of the Care Act (2014).

We will publish a report to highlight key findings and themes drawn from our analysis and experiences throughout the baseline assessment activity.

To help inform our future communications and engagement activity, we are interested to hear from you.
